Men's Hormone Test

Men's hormones, explained

How does men's hormone optimisation work?

Men's hormone optimisation is a physician-led process that begins with measurement, not assumption. At Healthi Life in Bangkok, the first step is a comprehensive hormone panel that measures total and free testosterone alongside thyroid, metabolic and other relevant markers. A physician reviews the results in context with your symptoms โ€” low energy, reduced libido, stalled training or poor sleep โ€” and only then designs a plan.

Where blood work confirms a clinical deficiency, that plan may include testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), prescribed and monitored with regular re-testing for safety. It may also combine peptides, nutrition, sleep and recovery work to improve energy, libido and body composition together.

Because every protocol is data-driven and supervised, treatment is matched to your actual physiology rather than a generic template โ€” and progress is tracked objectively over time so adjustments can be made as you improve.

What we address

Four areas, one assessment

Testosterone & TRT

Where blood work confirms a clinical deficiency, your physician designs and monitors a testosterone optimisation protocol โ€” with regular re-testing for safety.

Energy & Drive

Persistent fatigue, brain fog and low motivation often trace back to hormones, thyroid, micronutrients or sleep. We test before we treat.

Libido & Sexual Health

Hormonal balance, vascular health and targeted peptides such as PT-141 are assessed together to address low libido at the root.

Body Composition

Optimised hormones, nutrition and recovery support lean mass, fat loss and training output โ€” measured objectively, not guessed.

When to test

Signs worth investigating

Low energy & motivation

Afternoon crashes and a flat baseline that coffee no longer fixes.

Reduced libido

A noticeable decline in sex drive or performance.

Stalled training

Harder to build muscle, easier to gain fat despite the same effort.

Poor sleep & mood

Irritability, low mood and unrefreshing sleep.

Frequently asked questions

It starts with a comprehensive hormone panel measuring total and free testosterone, plus thyroid, metabolic and other relevant markers. At Healthi Life in Bangkok, a physician reviews your results and, if clinically indicated, designs a personalised plan that may include testosterone optimisation (TRT), peptides, nutrition and lifestyle changes โ€” with ongoing monitoring.

TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) restores testosterone to a healthy range in men with a confirmed clinical deficiency. It is prescribed only after blood testing and physician assessment, and it is monitored with regular re-testing. It is not appropriate for everyone โ€” our doctors test first and treat only when indicated.

Begin with our Men's Hormone Test (/products/mens-hormone-test-bangkok). Your results guide a free physician consultation where we map out the right protocol for your goals โ€” energy, libido, body composition or general healthspan.

They can be. Depending on your goals, your physician may include peptides such as PT-141 for sexual health or recovery-oriented protocols. All peptide use is physician-supervised and tailored to your assessment.

Programs are physician-led at Healthi Life, our longevity center in Bangkok, with protocols reviewed by Dr. Sarassawadee Suwanjinda (Dr. Petch), who has practised longevity and regenerative medicine since 2016 โ€” nearly 10 years.
