Walk in to our clinic on Ekkamai 10, near BTS Ekkamai. A licensed doctor examines you and issues the certificate during the same visit, in Thai and English. How long it takes depends on the checks required. Open Monday to Saturday, 11:00-19:00.

What this certificate is
A licensed doctor confirms that your health does not stand in the way of driving. The Department of Land Transport asks for it when you apply for a Thai driver's license, and again when you renew one.
The check looks at general fitness to drive, including eyesight and any health history that affects driving. How long it takes depends on the checks required, and you do not need to fast beforehand.
We print the certificate in Thai and English. Thai applicants file it as usual, and foreign residents can read their own document.
