Refund Policy

We are committed to transparent billing practices. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and modifications may be issued.

Consultation Fees

  • Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for full refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows forfeit the full consultation fee

Treatment Packages

  • Treatment package refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Unused treatments within a package may be eligible for partial refund
  • Package modifications may incur administrative fees
  • Promotional packages may have different refund terms as specified at purchase
  • Package expiration extensions may be available upon request

Individual Treatments

  • Refunds cannot be issued after a treatment has been administered
  • If treatment cannot be completed due to medical reasons, partial refund may apply
  • Product purchases (supplements, skincare) are non-refundable once opened
  • Sealed products may be returned within 7 days with receipt

Deposits & Prepayments

  • Deposits for treatments are typically 30-50% of total cost
  • Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made 72+ hours before treatment
  • Deposits may be transferred to alternative treatments of equal or greater value
  • Bank transfer fees for international refunds are the patient's responsibility

Our patient services team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Issued

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Important Notes

  • • Refunds for international patients may take longer due to international bank processing
  • • Currency exchange differences at time of refund are the patient's responsibility
  • • Medical complications requiring treatment discontinuation are handled individually
  • • All refund decisions are final and at the discretion of Healthi-Life management
