Executive Health Program Bangkok

A physician-led program built for individual leaders. It pairs an advanced check-up of up to 300 biomarkers with a personalised longevity protocol and ongoing follow-up, all in a single discreet clinic in Ekkamai.

Executive Health, explained

What is an executive health program?

An executive health program is a physician-led service that combines a comprehensive medical check-up with a personalised longevity protocol and structured follow-up, designed for busy individual leaders. At Healthi Life, a longevity center in Bangkok, the program begins with an advanced health check-up screening up to 300 biomarkers across cardiometabolic, hormonal, inflammatory and cancer-risk categories, completed in a single discreet visit.

Your physician then translates the results into a tailored plan covering nutrition, sleep, hormone optimisation and, where clinically indicated, peptide or IV protocols. Unlike a one-off check-up, the program includes quarterly re-testing and direct physician access, so progress is measured over time.

It is distinct from a corporate benefit: Executive Health focuses entirely on one person (your data, your risk profile and your performance goals), with prevention and longevity as the guiding priorities.

Frequently asked questions

An executive health program is a physician-led service combining a comprehensive medical check-up with a personalised longevity protocol and ongoing follow-up. At Healthi Life in Bangkok it is designed for individual leaders who want objective health data and a clear, time-efficient plan rather than generic wellness advice.

Our corporate program (/longevity/corporate) is a B2B benefit a company buys for its teams. Executive Health is the individual, one-to-one programme: it focuses entirely on you (your biomarkers, your risk profile and your personal protocol) with direct physician follow-up.

The program is built around our advanced check-ups, such as the Elite Health Check-Up and Full Body Check-Up, which screen up to 300 biomarkers. Your physician selects the right tier during your free first consultation.

Programs are physician-led at Healthi Life, our longevity center in Bangkok, with protocols reviewed by Dr. Sarassawadee Suwanjinda (Dr. Petch), who has practised longevity and regenerative medicine since 2016, nearly 10 years.

Most executives follow a structured 3 to 12 month protocol with quarterly re-testing, then transition to ongoing maintenance. The exact duration is agreed with your physician based on your goals and baseline results.
