Terms of Service

These Terms of Service outline the agreement between Healthi-Life Bangkok and our patients. Please review carefully before using our medical services.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking appointments, or receiving medical services from Healthi-Life Bangkok, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms govern the relationship between Healthi-Life and its patients. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Medical Services

All medical services at Healthi-Life are provided by licensed physicians registered with the Thai Medical Council under the supervision of our founding doctors.

Treatment recommendations are based on individual medical evaluation. Not all patients will be suitable candidates for all treatments offered.

Medical decisions are made by our physicians based on clinical judgment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in the patient's best medical interest.

Some regenerative medicine treatments may be considered investigational. Full informed consent is obtained before any such procedures.

Patient Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete medical history, including current medications, allergies, and previous treatments.

Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our medical team.

Attend scheduled appointments on time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Inform our medical team immediately of any adverse reactions or concerns following treatment.

Complete payment for services as agreed and maintain accurate billing information.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email. Confirmation will be sent via your preferred contact method.

Initial consultations require advance booking. Walk-in appointments are available only for established patients when physician availability permits.

Appointment times are approximate. Medical consultations may take longer than anticipated based on individual patient needs.

Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times or rescheduling, depending on the physician's schedule.

Payment & Pricing

Treatment pricing is provided during consultation and is subject to individual treatment plans. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept cash (THB), major credit cards, and bank transfers. International wire transfers are available for treatment packages.

Deposit may be required for certain treatments or packages. Deposit policies are communicated at the time of booking.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for full refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Treatment package refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Unused treatments may be eligible for partial refund, subject to terms agreed at purchase.

Refunds for treatments cannot be issued after the treatment has been administered.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality medical care, treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Individual results vary based on numerous factors.

Healthi-Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law or to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Important Legal Notices

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in Thai courts
  • Medical malpractice claims follow Thai medical law
  • International patients should arrange appropriate travel insurance
  • We recommend patients inform their home physicians of treatments received

Intellectual Property

All content on the Healthi-Life website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Healthi-Life Bangkok and is protected by Thai and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Healthi-Life.

Patient testimonials and before/after images are used with explicit patient consent and may not be reproduced without authorization.
