Healthi Life and Fast & Fit have partnered on a two-part recovery stack for people in Bangkok who train hard and want their recovery measured, then read by a physician. Fast & Fit, a recovery studio on Soi Sukhumvit 32, runs the physical side: infrared sauna, ice baths, red light and a soft hyperbaric oxygen chamber (HBOT). Healthi Life, a physician-led longevity house in Bangkok, runs the medical side: blood work, a doctor's review and IV therapy. The partnership runs from September 2026 to September 2027: Fast & Fit members get ฿1,000 off an eligible Healthi Life treatment; Healthi Life guests get one complimentary Fast & Fit session and 20% off any package.
What Is a Recovery Stack?
A recovery stack is a set of recovery methods used in a planned order, rather than one tool used at random. Sauna and cold are felt; blood work is measured: the ฿10,500 Foundation check-up reads 60+ lab biomarkers, reviewed with you by a physician. The check-up comes first; the physician's review then shows how studio sessions and any IV fit around your training week.
The stack in this partnership has two layers:
- Physical recovery at Fast & Fit: heat, cold, light and oxygen, used between training sessions.
- Medical layer at Healthi Life: biomarker testing, a physician's reading of the results and, where the doctor finds it suitable, IV therapy.
Each layer stays with the team that runs it. Healthi Life does not operate saunas, ice baths, red light panels or hyperbaric chambers.
What Fast & Fit Offers
Fast & Fit is a recovery studio on the 3rd floor of 762/9-11 Soi Sukhumvit 32, Khlong Toei. Its published single-session prices, read on its packages page on 23 September 2026:

Booked together, sauna and cold plunge cost ฿600, against ฿700 for the two sessions bought separately. The soft hyperbaric oxygen chamber is a pressurized soft capsule you lie in during the session, run by Fast & Fit. Multi-session and monthly plans are sold directly by Fast & Fit.
What Healthi Life Adds
Healthi Life adds the medical layer: lab results read by a physician in Ekkamai. The Foundation tier already includes hs-CRP, a marker of inflammation; the Advanced tier adds ferritin, a measure of iron stores. The doctor reads them against your training load, in a private one-on-one review.
Health check-ups
The Healthi Life health check-up comes in four itemized tiers: Foundation ฿10,500 (60+ lab biomarkers), Advanced ฿30,000 (90+), Elite ฿65,000 (120+) and Ultimate ฿90,000 (150+). Every result is reviewed one-on-one with a physician, who explains which markers matter for your training and what to retest. A health check-up is a screening and risk-assessment tool, not a diagnosis.
IV therapy and NAD+
For guests whose doctor finds it suitable, Healthi Life offers IV drips given under physician supervision, including the Athlete Pro and Athlete Pro Max IVs, with amino acids, B-vitamins and electrolytes: Athlete Pro ฿4,500, Athlete Pro Max ฿8,500. NAD+ IV therapy starts at ฿6,000 for a 100 mg session. The doctor decides whether an IV fits your health and your training week before anything is given.
