Healthi Life Membership is a continuous, physician-led relationship designed around longevity rather than one-off treatments. Instead of booking isolated appointments, members are followed over time by a dedicated doctor who owns the full picture of their health.
Membership combines regular biomarker tracking — up to 300 markers re-measured at set intervals — with an integrated protocol that coordinates treatments, IV and peptide support, hormone optimisation and lifestyle guidance under a single plan. Members also receive priority access: faster scheduling, members-only availability and a direct line to the medical concierge.

Membership privileges are inclusions, not discounts. Treatment and programme pricing remains identical for all guests.
Privileges apply to wellness and longevity services only. They do not apply to Health Check-Ups, Peptide Therapy, Stem Cell, or Exosome treatments, which are excluded from all member rates.
Privileges are not cumulative across renewals. Upon renewal, unused privileges do not carry over; the privilege value resets and remains the same as the original term.
All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
Medical discretion. Our physicians may offer an alternative privilege of equivalent value where, in their clinical judgment, the standard privilege is not medically appropriate for the guest’s health condition. Guest wellbeing always takes precedence.
Data protection. All personal and health data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019). Health information is treated as sensitive data and accessed only by your care team for the purpose of your treatment.

What is Healthi Life Membership?
Healthi Life Membership is a prepaid, fully redeemable credit account that gives guests a member rate on every treatment, a complimentary check-up appropriate to their tier, and continuity with a dedicated physician at the Urban Longevity House in Ekkamai, Bangkok. Each membership is valid for 12 months from activation.
How is membership different from booking a single treatment?
A single treatment is a one-time booking. Membership is a continuous relationship: the credit is redeemable across any Recovery & Performance treatment or Longevity Program over 12 months, at a member rate, with a dedicated physician tracking your biomarkers between visits rather than starting fresh each time.
Which membership tier should I choose?
Resident (฿100,000, 10% member rate) suits guests starting with occasional treatments. Patron (฿300,000, 15% member rate) adds a Foundation Longevity Check-Up and a complimentary consultation with Dr. Petch. Founding Member (฿500,000, 20% member rate) adds an Advanced Longevity Check-Up. A discovery consultation can confirm the right fit before you commit.
Is membership credit redeemable against any treatment?
Membership credit is redeemable across Healthi Life's Recovery & Performance treatments, Advanced Check-Ups, and Longevity Programs at the member rate for your tier. Ask your physician or the concierge team to confirm eligibility for a specific protocol before booking.
Does membership renew automatically?
Each membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Renewal is a separate step, not an automatic charge — privileges are not cumulative across renewals, and unused privileges do not carry forward, so ask the concierge team about timing before your membership lapses.
