The Healthi Life founding team gathered together at the Urban Longevity House in Ekkamai, Bangkok

Our Founders

Three people. One decision.

"This will not happen again." The Urban Longevity House was founded by an entrepreneur and two physicians who refused to accept fragmented healthcare.

The story

Who founded Healthi Life?

Healthi Life was founded by three people: Vincent Caradec, an entrepreneur who ended up in intensive care at 38 after ignoring his body for a decade; Dr. Sarassawadee Suwanjinda (Dr. Petch), his partner and a physician with years in private hospitals and aesthetic clinic chains; and Dr. Napat Hunsajarupan (Dr. First), a dermatologist and peptides specialist.

In Bangkok, Vincent saw ten specialists in five days and none of them owned the full picture. Dr. Petch made one decision — "this will not happen again" — and the three of them spent a year studying regenerative medicine, cellular biology and longevity science. They applied it to Vincent first; his biological age reversed.

In February 2025 they opened Healthi Life in a traditional Thai house in Ekkamai: not a hospital, not a spa, but Bangkok's first physician-led private longevity house.

Vincent Caradec

Vincent Caradec

CEO & Co-Founder

An entrepreneur who built companies across Europe and Asia — until an emergency at 38 sent him to intensive care. Bangkok's fragmented specialist care, where ten doctors never spoke to each other, became the reason Healthi Life exists.

Vincent leads Healthi Life as CEO, shaping the vision of the Urban Longevity House: premium, doctor-led longevity medicine delivered like hospitality rather than hospital care.

His own reversal — biological age down, biomarkers shifted, energy restored — is the proof of concept the House was built around. He drives strategy, brand and the guest experience.

Dr. Sarassawadee Suwanjinda (Dr. Petch)

Dr. Sarassawadee Suwanjinda (Dr. Petch)

Co-Founder · Chief Medical Strategy Officer

A physician who spent years in private hospitals and leading aesthetic clinic chains before deciding that Thai healthcare was missing one thing: a place that treats the whole person with real medical depth, over time.

Dr. Petch has practised longevity, lifestyle and functional medicine since 2016 — nearly a decade. She is an IBLM Diplomate and holds credentials from ISSCA, CBAM and AAAM (Anti-Aging Medicine).

She leads the longevity strategy of the House and reviews its medical protocols, building 3-to-12-month programs around biomarker data rather than 60-minute appointments.

Dr. Napat Hunsajarupan (Dr. First)

Co-Founder · Chief Medical Officer

A dermatologist and peptides specialist who spent a year, alongside the founders, studying regenerative medicine, cellular biology and longevity science before opening the House.

Dr. First leads regenerative and performance medicine at Healthi Life — cellular therapy, peptides, skin regeneration and recovery protocols designed for sustained results, not temporary ones.

He holds an MSc in Dermatology from Thammasat University and oversees the à-la-carte therapies that bring most guests through the door of the House.

Dr. Petch and Dr. First lead every medical protocol at the House.
